The GR Emergency Response Team were contacted by one of our long-standing Clients to deal with a high level oversized glass panel breakage.

Within just 4 – hours the GR High-Level Glass Response Team were on-site with all the required mechanical access and mobile cordons to deal with the removal and making-safe of the broken high-level dangerous glass panel.

Just 12 – hours later the GR Project Management Team were able to source and have delivered to the site a replacement glass panel to match the original.

Before our valued Clients’ staff returned to work the following day the glass had been removed and replaced providing a safe place of work for all.

From the GR perspective, this was the least we could do as without our Clients we are nothing!  That’s why at GR we have an old-fashioned approach to our customer service and pull out all the stops to deliver absolute client satisfaction and we take this opportunity to once again say thank you for placing your business and trust with GR.
